1General Provisions

These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") govern the use of the 555 qq platform and all services operated under it. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 555 qq website, you are deemed to have given your full consent to these Terms.

555 qq is an online gaming and betting platform offering casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting. By using this platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

3Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

Transferring, selling or renting a 555 qq account to any third party is strictly prohibited. No one other than the account owner may operate the account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are currently available for deposits at 555 qq: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank or other listed banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

4.3 Transaction Conditions

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

555 qq offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing their total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be requested for withdrawal after the specified wagering requirement has been met. If a withdrawal is requested after accepting a bonus but before completing the wagering, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 555 qq VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier as a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

5.4 Promotional Abuse

Abusing bonuses or promotional offers — such as claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned will be cancelled.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on 555 qq are conducted fairly. The outcomes of all games — including slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are determined through impartial technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game or market interface. 555 qq reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical issue causes a disruption during a game or betting session, 555 qq reserves the right to void or review the transactions for the affected game. If a user is disconnected due to a network issue, the last state saved on the server will be considered final.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket and football tournaments. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules. In live betting, bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555 qq platform:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception or money laundering
• Operating games or betting using any automated bot, software or script
• Attempting to unfairly influence the outcome of any game
• Stealing account credentials or gaining unauthorised access to another person's account
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system
• Attempting to carry out a cyber attack or hacking against platform systems
• Gambling with third-party funds or borrowed money

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 555 qq will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8Limitation of Liability

Placing bets and playing games on the 555 qq platform involves financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and the outcomes of those decisions. 555 qq will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from a user's gambling
• Loss of a game or bet due to a user's internet disconnection
• Account credential theft resulting from a user's own negligence
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
